Ali Pourkeramati

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Ali Pourkeramati gained more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently as managing partner at Influence Capital Partners, Inc.. He held several different roles at Spansion Inc. and Cypress Semiconductor from 2005 to 2015, the latest as Executive Vice President of Memory Product Development, Corporate Senior Vice President of Business Development and M&A, General Manager of Flash Memory Division and CTO. Ali was founder and CEO of Azalea Microelctronics Corporation a Non-Volatile Flash Memory Company from 1995 to 2004. Before that he was Vice president of Design Engineering at ICT Inc.. He held several different positions in Non-Volatile Memory Design Engineering at International CMOCs Technology Inc. and Signetics Corporation. Ali received his M. Sc. in electrical engineering at Santa Clara University and B. Sc. in electrical and computer engineering at Oregon State University. More than 15 patents in Non-Volatile Memory and related subject are owned by him.

Dr. Stefan Müller

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Dr. Stefan Müller received the joint master’s degree in Microelectronics from the Technical University Munich, Germany, and Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2011. In 2015, he received the PhD degree from Dresden University of Technology for his work on HfO2-based ferroelectric devices.

Dr. Thomas Rueckes

Chief Operations Officer & Managing Director

Dr. Tom Rueckes has been working in high density emerging memory commercialization for more than 20 years. He co-founded Nantero in 2001, based on his nanomaterial nonvolatile memory device invention, and served there as CTO & COO until 2022 through M&A of the company. Product developments included NAND replacement with a tier 1 memory IDM and DRAM replacement with a leading megascaler system customer for which he built the commercial ecosystem including memory IDM, tool OEM, materials suppliers, advanced board/packaging partners, and management of internal technology development, model, design, test and iso9001 materials factory operations, including MES & analytics systems. In addition, he established and managed several 300mm and 200mm logic foundry projects for lower density memory product developments as well as device research consortia. Tom received his PhD from Harvard University in 2001 for his work on nanomaterial memory devices and his Diplom from Philipps Universität Marburg. He holds more than 200 patents.
