Executive Assistant (m/f) at FMC

FMC is an innovative and ambitious start-up company in the semiconductor industry. With its ground-breaking semiconductor memory technology, FMC serves the needs of the rapidly growing IoT market. We are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f) for our headquarter in Dresden, Germany.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the management in the sourcing strategy, job postings, social media presence, recruitment marketing, job fair strategies and in many other exciting tasks. You will work directly with the CEO and your responsibilities include:

  • Translate hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies to find qualified applicants
  • Generate job postings with corresponding technical team leaders, execute screening, organize interviews
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates via social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook and maintain contact with hard to find skilled applicants to keep them interested
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting to show effectiveness of recruiting strategy and that estimated return on investment is being met
  • Financials and reporting (accounting, financial forecasts, financial reporting etc.) also including the administration of publicly funded projects
  • Daily administration of office organization
  • Design and implement internal and external employer branding activities
  • Maintain analytics for measurements of success by assessing the effectiveness of branding channels and providing reports to key internal partners
  • Handling the external and internal communication as well as social media management
  • Networking with partners and universities
  • Business trip, conferences and exhibition planning and organization

Your profile:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication and/or Human Resources Management or comparable with focus on Talent Attraction
  • Strong independent problem-solving ability
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Openness for new challenges and eager to learn on the job in various fields
  • Ability and commitment to work in a startup and team environment
  • Resilience in all aspects of the job
  • Familiar with social media
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications

The following skills are a plus: 

  • Experience with DATEV
  • Experience with database software
  • Worked in talent acquisition before
  • Administration know-how with respect to publicly funded projects
  • Event management skills
  • IT knowledge
  • Experience as data security officer (DSGVO)

  • Planned starting date: ASAP
