Ferroelectric Memory Company (FMC) announces new CEO
FMC is announcing the appointment of Ali Pourkeramati as Chief Executive Officer effective from September 15th 2019 and the appointment of Dr. Stefan Müller as Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Müller will focus on technology development which is essential for the success of the company. Mr. Pourkeramati, who was COO of the company, will take over the CEO position. The company will continue to focus on the development of its technology and is looking forward to a successful future.
Ali Pourkeramati joins Ferroelectric Memory Company (FMC) as COO
FMC is very pleased to welcome Ali Pourkeramati as COO. Mr. Pourkeramati joins FMC with 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He will be responsible for the daily operations of FMC and will execute the company’s vision by implementing FMC’s business strategies, plans and procedures and manage relationships with partners.
Most recently Mr. Pourkeramati was managing partner at Influence Capital Partners, Inc. Before that he held several different roles at Spansion Inc. and Cypress Semiconductor from 2005 to 2015. The latest as Executive Vice President of Memory Product Development, Corporate Senior Vice President of Business Development and M&A, General Manager of Flash Memory Division and CTO. He holds a M. Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University. More than 15 patents in Non-Volatile Memory and related subjects are owned by him.
