Your Role:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting processes.
- Record and organize financial transactions using DATEV (SKR03) software.
- Serve as the main point of contact for auditor inquiries and requests.
- Enhance and refine booking procedures for new and existing business transactions.
- Coordinate with external payroll accounting and tax offices for seamless communication and compliance.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 4-5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Experience with the accounting software DATEV.
- Strong organizational skills, structured working style and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to continuously improve productivity and accuracy.
