The Ferroelectric Memory Company was selected as the Best Start-Up Pitch of the SEMICON Europa Innovation Village 2016. Dr. Stefan Müller presented his pitch “FeFET – The Ideal Semiconductor Memory for the Age of IoT”. The Award is combined with an invitation to the SEMICON Europa 2017 in Munich.
