Prof. Dr. Thomas Mikolajick
Prof. Dr. Thomas Mikolajick studied and received his doctorate in electrical engineering from the University Erlangen-Nürnberg. He then started to work in the semiconductor industry first at Siemens Semiconductor and later at Infineon and Qimonda. In that time his work was focused around metal-oxide semiconductor devices, device and material reliability and nonvolatile memories. Since 2009 he is professor at Dresden University of Technology and scientific director of NaMLab gGmbH.
