Daniel Artusi

Chairman

From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Artusi served as Vice President in the Client Computing Group and General Manager for the connected home division at Intel Corporation, a technology company. Prior to Intel, Mr. Artusi served as Chief Executive Officer of Lantiq Deutschland GmbH, a fabless semiconductor company, from 2012 until its acquisition by Intel in 2015. From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Artusi served as an operating executive with Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Artusi served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a board member of Conexant Systems, Inc., a provider of semiconductors, and from 2005 to 2007, Mr. Artusi served as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwatt, Inc., a provider of high efficiency power supplies for the communications and computer industry. From April 2005 to June 2005, Mr. Artusi was an individual investor. From January 2003 to April 2005, he served as the President of Silicon Laboratories Inc., a developer of mixed signal integrated circuits, and from January 2004 to April 2005, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a board member of Silicon Laboratories. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Silicon Laboratories. From 1977 until joining Silicon Laboratories, Mr. Artusi held various management and executive positions in the semiconductor business at Motorola Inc. Mr. Artusi also currently serves on the board of directors of MaxLinear, Inc. (NYSE:MXL), Minim (OTC: MINM), on the board of privately held technology companies GenXComm, Inc., VisIC-Tech , and on the Engineering Advisory Board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Artusi studied electrical engineering at the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) in Argentina.

 

Dr. Paul-Josef Patt

Paul-Josef is CEO of eCAPITAL entrepreneurial Partners, a German venture capital company driven by entrepreneurs. He has a very successful track record in financing and developing high-growth companies (12 exits). Past investments include Novaled (sold to Samsung in 2013), Sonnen (sold to Shell in 2019), Heliatek and OX. He holds numerous seats in other advisory and supervisory boards (e.g. Heliatek, Jedox and OX).

Hans Rohrer

Hans has developed extensive international board expertise for many years by being on the boards of multiple publicly traded companies as well as being on boards of several successful startups. He currently is Chairman of the Board of Diodes BV as well as Senior Vice President Strategic Business Development. Previously, he has been CEO of Zetex which was eventually acquired by Diodes Incorporated. Before that, was European President of TSMC, establishing TSMC in Europe. Moreover, he was leading National Semiconductor Europe as Vice President and General Manager for many years and held various engineering and marketing positions at Texas Instruments.

Adam A. Kablanian

Adam is the CEO of CYNORA, an internationally leading company and expert in the field of the TADF technology for OLED displays. The company is focused on highly efficient blue OLED emitter systems. He is also the founding board chairman, current board member and a lead investor of Paradroma startup company developing next-generation neural interface technology.
Prior, Adam was the Chairman and CEO of PlasmaSi. Beforehand, Adam was the Chief Executive Officer of Memoir Systems, a venture-backed memory IP company.
He also served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Virage Logic. This company was co-founded by him in 1996 and he subsequently took it public on NASDAQ (VIRL.) in August 2000.

Sebastian Schoefer

Sebastian Schoefer, PhD, is a Principal at M Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Merck, and manages several portfolio companies both in the USA and in Europe. Before M Ventures, Sebastian was an Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds, a German early-stage investor (around EUR 900 million under management), having a medtech, biotech, and materials science portfolio of 9 companies of which he successfully sold four. Prior to this, Sebastian was working in business development for two University of Cambridge spin-off companies, Eight19, a plastic solar-cell company, and Azuri Technologies, a company that develops and sells pay-as-you-go solar-home lighting systems for sub-Saharan Africa. Sebastian obtained a PhD in physics from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a MA in physics from the University of Texas at Austin (USA).

Sascha Fritz

Sascha is a Principal at Bosch Ventures, the corporate venture capital company of the Bosch Group, a leading global supplier of technology and services. Bosch Ventures focuses on innovative and highly disruptive early stage technology startups worldwide. Sascha is a seasoned Venture Capital Investor with more than 10 years experience in the US, Europe and China. Sascha holds several board seats in the Bosch Ventures portfolio. Prior to Bosch, as Head of Venture Capital, he was responsible for managing the Seed-and VC-Funds with their broad investment focus as well as heading the Venture Capital Team at a local investment company.

Quentin Demarly

Quentin Demarly embarked on his professional journey as a chemical synthesis researcher at Air Liquide R&D, at the Innovation Campus Paris, France, in 2010. In 2013, he became Market Analyst at Air Liquide China and then joined Air Liquide US, based in Texas, where he spent two years in charge of technical marketing and business development, with a focus on electronics and semiconductors. Upon returning to France, he spearheaded a novel innovation program aimed at exploring emerging technology applications beyond the semiconductor realm. This initiative specifically targeted advanced materials for Air Liquide, catering to deeptech sectors such as batteries, displays, electrolyzers, and fuel cells. In 2022, Quentin transitioned to ALIAD, the Venture Capital arm of Air Liquide, as Investment Manager. He represents ALIAD on the boards of diverse portfolio companies (such as SparkNano, Angiodroid, FlyingWhales..) , contributing his wealth of knowledge and experience to drive strategic success. Quentin Demarly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Engineering and is an International Expert in Electronics at Air Liquide Technical Communities Leaders program.
