We are inviting you to be part of this exhilarating journey. As our IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will safeguard our digital frontier, ensuring smooth operations for our diverse global team at our headquarter in Dresden.
Your Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site IT-related issues, offering initial support to employees and providing prompt resolution, including remote assistance for all offices.
- Foster close collaboration with external IT service providers to ensure the fulfillment of tasks such as IT security, maintenance, and support.
- Drive the information security in the company, including cyber security, endpoint protection and network security.
- Manage the administration of the IT infrastructure, lifecycle management and providing support in budget planning processes.
Your Qualification:
- Education, training, or degree completion, preferably in information technology.
- Previous professional experience as an IT Administrator, IT Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with Intune is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in German.
